  • By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Kudilagam Interiors and Promoters provides sales, supply, and installation of mosquito screens, blinds, and balcony enclosures.
  • We provide interior design consultation and quotation downloads.
  • We also offer digital communication via WhatsApp, phone, and email for quotations, updates, and promotions.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • A 75% advance payment is required for order confirmation.
  • The balance payment is due upon completion of supply or installation.
  • Payments should be made only in favour of Kudilagam Interiors and Promoters via approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, or cash).
  • Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Delivery or installation will be completed within 15 working days from order confirmation, subject to material availability.
  • The client must provide electricity, water, and storage at no cost during installation.
  • Kudilagam is not liable for delays caused by third-party transport, natural events, or customer-side issues.
  • Our service warranty covers only workmanship issues.
  • No manufacturer warranty is provided unless specified.
  • Kudilagam Interiors is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages due to product failure, misuse, or third-party actions.
